Simply OT by Ursula Health is a South African-based Occupational Therapy Private Practice founded in 2016. We offer comprehensive healthcare services to patients/clients, families and communities through upholding innovative culture, remarkable outcomes, and a unique approach to patient/client care. Personal hygiene & dressing

Restoring skills for everyday self-care tasks such as bathing and dressing after an accident, illness, or with advancing age.

Assessing functional capacity

Identifying any mobility, agility and or load handling difficulties that clients may have which pose a barrier to their return to work in the same capacity they may have prior to the onset of their illness/injury.

Assessing & helping with memory loss following the diagnoses of dementia or brain injuries, as well as normal ageing process or during periods of unusual stress.
